Would love feedback on my site

I have a website that is running the Integramod portal which uses phpbb. My site is a NFL related forum. We have the following features:

* rss news feed
* news portal
* arcade
* flash chat
* members can submit their own NFL related articles
* members can sort news by favorite team

We are using a custom skin on the site. I'd love to hear what people have to say about the site....the good, the bad and the ugly. I am open to any constructive criticism that can help improve the site for my members.

Looks good, but it loads a bit slow and some people have slow connections and they might have problem viewing the website.
but other than that looks good
