VB.Net/C# WinSock for Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC 2005

I installed Visual Studio 2005 a week ago and keep having this problem in my mind.
I want to use sockets on it with the Microsoft Winsock control.
Only I can see it under C#.
The program I wanna use it is Visual Basic though.
But since I just started with Visual studio and C#.
I don't know where to start and how to write simple wrapper.
I keep searching the internet about it, but mostly it's totally in contradiction or confusing.
I tried to chop it under pieces but each time after 5 minutes my mind goes blank. Worst part it's the first time I end up like this. Mostly I help other people and the first thing i say is chop it up in pieces. Find it kinda emberassing. :o
