I'm in the process of designing a website / forum and am looking for any referrals or names of any exceptional designers that I might be able to hire to design and implement the look/style and architecture of the site. The site is a Mortgage Broker based forum that will have a homepage / portal, directories of banks/brokers/vendors (each vendor listing will have it’s own profile page and paid advertiser links), a forum (vbulletin), a page/form for brokers to request help with loan scenarios from banks via email, and miscellaneous other pages (about us, an advertising sign up page, request to be put in directory page, etc.) There will be paid advertising throughout the site.

I have very specific ideas about how the above will be laid out and how it will function, so we need the ability to customize or create pages/apps/forms from scratch if needed……I am looking for more than simply plugging in vBadvanced and a link directory……I have yet to see any sites using 3rd party portals that are up to the standard we are looking to reach, so my guess is that there will be a lot of custom work…….
