Formac Studio Remote

I have a Formac Studio TVR (firewire video capture and tv tuner). It works fine, but its software seems to have attached itself to my iChat. It's lovely that I can send a live tv feed over iChat as my video capture device via this Studio Remote window. The problem is that the darn remote control window won't go away. The close button for the window is disabled. The problem with this is everytime I click in an iChat conversation window, the remote takes focus, and I have to click a second time in the conversation window to chat. It's very annoying and very frustrating. How can I detach this from iChat? Is it a plug-in or what??

HAHA! I got it, Finally.

GO to System Preferences/Users/Login Items and you will see a TvStudio icon.

Simply Disable.
