Hi

I have been trying for a few weeks to create a personal signature in the options of Hotmail, once ive typed my sig and clicked ok it re-directs me to the sign in screen, so i sign in and then get an error saying:

The Microsoft Passport Network is unavailable from this site for one of the following reasons:

This site may be experiencing a problem.
The site may not be a member of the Passport Network.

Anyone know how to resolve this?
