Hotmail "page cannot load"

Hi!! This is quite weird... I cannot log into my hotmail account from my home pc (Home XP) though I can do it from my office. :rolleyes:
But my sisters can log in from my home pc into their accounts(?!?!?!). I tried with the hotmail login fixer file I found here, deleting all the cookies and temp internet files, also running "regsvr32 softpub.dll", reseting the router, etc. but I got nothing!
I really have no idea... I do not understand why I cannot log into my account but my sisters can!! if any setting is wrong in my pc shouldn´t be the same for any hotmail account??
To make matters worse... I can log into MSN Messenger without any problem!! (I´m using 8.0 Beta version) the "inbox number" shows updated information from my inbox but when I click on it... I got "page cannot load" again!!
