i reciceve this error, does anyone knows the solution.
Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging.
Unable to start program 'display some funny characters'
The system cannot find the file specified.

Since your giving quick information i can only give you a quick answer: Try to Restart IIS, or Under your Virtual Directory on application settings click on Remove button and then Create.

man i restart and no
what quick information,
all wht i know i wrote it,
when i compile no error, only a message box with the above message.
if i open the ie and write the path of my url project, it open
only from the .net it wont open
i searched alot but this error i didnt suceed in finding the solution.

go to control panel, go to iis service then click, we have something called default website.
from that go to the name of the application and rt click and select the properties and then give in the directory ie "create".
ur website getting created and u will run the program.
any other problem just send the query
