-Right click Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Helper
and choose Stop
-Now choose Properties and change Startup Type to disabled

Open HijackThis
-Choose Open Misc Tools
-Choose Delete an NT Service
-Copy and Paste Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Helper
into the box and delete it.

Then check that 023 line if it exists, though it should be gone..

and i tried that, it sais that it does not exsist in the reg when i try to delete the NT

It removed it

Just check Services.msc and verify its not there.
