I am Meena.
I am Java Developer.
I am very much interested in C++.
Because of my Basic knoeledge in C++ I easily understand Java.
Now my big doubt is Java is fully used for Web Orinted.
Oracle and VB for Data orinented.
Like that what is main purpose of C++.
Well Known and famouse Companies are Using C++ for what purpose?.
Will you please expain me to solve my doubt?

c++ can be used for anything -- nearly all the programs that run on your computer were written in either c or c++, even the operating system. Unix os was originally written in c. I think most (if not all) games are written in either c or c++.

C++ is bone of almost every structure, well wat i feel is these days c++ is mostly used for system level development.
