I'll need someone shortly to build a website (web design and template + coding). I will add the content myself.

An administrator should be able to add content anytime; to proceed I was thinking about implementing the Nucleus Blog CMS to create several simple Blogs (just need new news, archives and links) on the site.

Also I ll need a mailing list manager, that could be a CMS too, such as this one:
