just opened a forum and trying to get more people in the forum by running paud to post and referrals programs

i started my site just 1 months ago and now i have 170 members is this o.k or still not sufficient??? and if not sufficient what should i do to make more good and attracting for visitors any other offers or sth..please advice me

And further as i have to pay for the member the money they get from posting so i'm starting to sell text links to other just $1/months is it fair or not or shall i have to put banner ads or texts link there,
also planning to sell the top space for webmaster to put their adsense or others ad network because all i need now is visitors and quick money to my e-gold or paypal so i can attract other visitors

Guess i wrote long , but please review it what should i do any suggestions would be appreiciated

I think you could do with a more proffesional forum program like Vb or IPB

it's a very nice community site, a bit slow in loading though, but looking good. seems well promoted too.
