macros in Excel for iMAC

Hi, I am wondering how to find the macros being used in my Excel doc. Because whenever I open this specific file, my iMAC asks me if I want to run macros. I don't want to turn off this warning. If I can get rid of the macro it's talking about I'll be fine. I use this file all the time and there is way too much data in it to just make a new file. Can anyone help? I'm not a computer smart guy but I can follow instructions.

Excel -> Open file -> Tools pull-down -> Macro -> Macros... -> Any macros in the file should be listed. Select and press the Delete button if you want to delete them.
