flash woes

Ok here's the deal. How the hell do you centre a flash file in html?

I just can't do it. It's driving me mad. I just want the picture to be centered when I export it to html. And preserve it's scaling when viewed at higher or lower resolutions.

I feel the answer has something to do with this.

File>publish settings>html

Btw I'm using flash pro 8.0
