Hey,
For what purpose u r using the HSbar and VSbar, If u r using it for text editor then try to use the RTF as your textfied or as text document window, it will by default take the scroll bars as needed.
There are mainly two events we genaraly use with these bars.
change() and scroll().
Plz clearly explain it.
