We need web disigners and forum posters for remote work. We have lots of clients. The work if fully automated. We need new talents. To hand in an application, fill in the following form:

Age could be required for multiple reasons. The first I could think of is for child labor laws. The second is that I don't think knowing someone's age is discrimination - especially when dealing over the Internet. For example, if I were hiring someone (especially over the 'net), I would want to know whether they are a teenager or middle-aged. Nothing more than what I would have been able to tell of the person if I interviewed them in person. That's not discrimination - blonde hair or brown hair is one thing. This is another
