Low Virtual Memory - Sony Vaio Laptop

Ok heres the stats,
Sony Vaio - PCG-Z600LEK (Laptop)
Windows 2000 professional
64mb Ram
12 gb partitioned into 2
no cd drive OR floppy,
Network card, so has access to broadband.

yeah I know, not exactly a fast machine, but it only cost me 300euro so I am not complaining.

Its for my wife, all she wanted it for was reading ebooks and doing study, and writing emails and surfing web. which she can do....

...problem and it is annoying, is that the Virtual memory paging file is too small, not we changed it a little to 50-300, but alas it still said it was too small....

you say you have 2 partitions ,what partition has the most free space ,change the location of the paging file to the partion with the most free space and make it bigger
