Hi there, I have a double problem.

I have a XDAII PDA phone, 2 yrs old runnng Moblie pc 2003, which I normally sync with my hp pavilion t461.uk PC. Worked fine until about 3 months ago. Now it will only do so if I delete the partnership.

My wife has the same problem with her iPAQ 4550 and a Toshiba A60 Equium laptop.

We did not add any software to our handhelds at the time and I have tried reinstalling AS 3.8. Any help/advice will be welcome as my wife is becomming afraid of losing her data.

Sometimes i have problems with mine, but i just restart my pda and it recognizes it next time i connect it.

Yes I've done that as well. Sometimes it works mostly not.
