Hi
is there any way that if i stop or restrict download to less than 2mb file at a time can be downladed.
and some of them (client)download it using some illegal way.
if there is any possiablity. how it can be used so i can understand and enhance security

That's an odd request. You can use a proxy or a number of different mechanisms for preventing users from downloading files, but why limit the downloaded file to 2MB?
