i seem to be having a problem with pop ups from antispylab it disrupts my yahoo and hotmail email and also ebay

any help would be greatly appreciated

Ive seen others posting hijack this logs but reflecting my noobish nature i dont know where to get this from so if any one could supply a free link id be very grateful and then i can post the log
