Synchronize Your Computer Clock with an Internet Time Server

I found this in a few different places around the 'net - hopefully it's helpful:

Synchronize Your Computer Clock with an Internet Time Server

Does your computer have the right time? If your computer is not part of a domain, you can synchronize your computer clock with an Internet time server. To do so:
  • Double-click the time on your task bar.
  • Click the Internet Time tab.
  • Select the time server you want to use and make sure to select the Automatically synchronize with an Internet time
    server check box.

Greetings.
Same question!
I use win2k too but I can't seem to find a tab called Internet Time or any "Automatically synchronize with an Internet time server" check box.

Is there a way to increase the frequency at which the time server is automatically queried. Once a week doesn't cut it for me.

Thanks.

Or you can just use Atomic Clock Sync utility, works with (Windows XP, 2000, Me, 98, 95 or NT4).
