G'day All,
I'm having the same trouble as many other people out there. I've read many of the answers - but still can't quite figure it all out.
I have a Netgear WGT624v2 wireless router connected to my Windows XP desktop. I am running Windows XP on my laptop as well.
I have set it's LAN IP address (in the router settings) as 192.168.30.1 and starting IP address for DHCP server as 192.168.30.30.
If I say "uncheck" the use router as DHCP server it stops working.
If I "check" the internet connection sharing box on the dialup internet connection - the network stops working.
If I have the router as 192.168.0.1 - I get the conflict.
I'm going around in circles and would like some help if it is out there and available.
Thanks.
