Hiring Editors to include sites in Directory ! Where to start ???

I am currently looking for editors so that quality sites are added into my directory. I am working on my directory alone. I dont believe on the concept of volunteering just like dmoz.

where i have to start?
how do i hire them?
where am i supposed to look?

please help!!!

How about looking in at sites like rentacoder.com and other outsourcing sites where you can get cheap third-world labour?

Is that what you wanted to ask or am I missing something?

This forum has a "job offer" section. Several other forums in this field have such a section. You can always post in craigslist, you will get many replies for sure.
