homepage Hijacked

Ok, I have read one or two other threads reporting Hijacking, So I am going along with Crying and pleeding for assistance!

Ok well this seems to goto aplace calle securityupto.com (totally spyware related) and this is my mrs machine... again seeking the wise ones from here.. again can any one help?

Ok, Thank you soo much, when my mrs gives me a chance I'll do the scans and the log, (its her machine).... But it seems to have fixed the problem...
