Hello everyone!

Maybe someone can help - I have a Dell Imspiron 9300 - good machine except it has NO PCMCIA slot - company has given me a Sierra Wireless AirCard 555D (with Verizon service) - I have 6 USB 2.0 slots but no PCMCIA slot - am looking for an adapter compatible with my AirCard - is there one made?

I have never seen a product that would do what you are trying to do. I am suprised your computer came without a pcmcia slot. Does Verizon offer a usb wireless card instead of the pcmcia card? If not, i think you may be out of luck.

Actually i think i found something.

http://www.elandigitalsystems.com/usb/u111.php

im not sure on how well it may work, (you probably will see a performance decrease) but it may work. I would contact the manufacturer and see if they guarente it to work for you application.
