cannot open regedit in run

hi
I m unable to execute the regedit in the run dialog box. it is sayin " registry editing has been disabled by the administrator" please help me

hi i ve fixed the regedit problem using the HT software. thanks to u guys. but i m unable to fix the folder options case where the registry value is found missing. even the registry fix which i ve downloded didnt fix it.
