If I can just learn how to navigate this site and get an answer to a question I will feel like I've accomplished something. I am an MCP so I know how to do many things. But I would like to find better ways to correct problems.

What is the best way to upgrade Internet Explorer 4 to Explorer 5.5 or 6 on a Win 98 OS?
