hmm like the title states i can only boot in safe mode otherwise it goes into a loop crashing after the apple icon it gives the "please reboot hold the start button for a few seconds message " what is up I've tried booting fromthe system disk and running disk utils. which does nothing

someone please help or at least explain the safestartup
