Help with my outlook 2003

today, i started with my outlook 2003 when i clicked the shortcut, i recieved "an error occured while windows was working with the control panel file C:\WINNT\system32\irprops.cpl" anyone can help me?

Yeah I had problems with that a while back. If you have xp delete the file and it should restore the file from its backup. You can also try putting it in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\don't load\ registry key or run sfc from a command prompt. You could also turn off windows file protection and replace the file with a good version.
