need help please

ok I keep getting this error message from spyware docotor "Error while creating LOG: class not registered." its weried its when only i upgrade to a higher version in the program.i also tried contacting the their tech support and they wont help. any suggestions

* Open the Event Viewer utility in your Administrative Tools control panel and look through your System and Application logs for events (especially DCOM events) flagged with "Error" or "Warning". Double-clicking on an event will open a properties window with more detailed information on the error. If you do find such events, please post the deatils here.

Unfortunately, none of those errors relate to the problem.
* Can you find any errors in either the System or Application log which contain anything that appears directly related to Spyware Doctor, DCOM, or the exact error message you posted?
* Did you/can you try entirely uninstalling the older version of Spyware Doctor before installing the newer verison?

1. What about the suggestion of uninstalling/reinstalling Spyware Doctor?
2. What exact version of Windows are you running?
