What's with the mismatch of fonts and colors? I'd say you have too many colors in your color scheme. Reduce it to two possibly three.

I agree with the comments above by using so many colours it's confusing, make sure your links are consistent you use three colours for links on the homepage. One is sufficient for links.

The information under the 'Secure Transaction Site' I would move to the bottom left underneath the testimonial. It just makes the page look too busy my eyes are all over the place.

The interview link and the links to the products are the first thing I see which confuses me as I have to scroll past them to find out what your site is about, I understand why you want them there but it just adds to the confusion.

You need to sort your homepage as if this is confusing people won't go past it. I would also get some friends to use the site, people with different ages and abilites and watch how they use the site. If they need to ask questions then you need to rethink the design.

I agree, there are to many colors and also to many font sizes.
