my mp3 player was working fine earlier. but now it is not detected at my computeri.e. i don't see any icon in "my computer". its battery does get charged. i have windows xp.when i install the driver from cd the final message come that"unknown hardware installed .software for this may not work properly."device cannot start (code 10 ). the manufacturer's website does not have a driver or firware update tool for windows xp.my mp3 player works on a friend's computer which is newer and has windows xp pro. can some on help please.
