After rinstalling easy media creator 7 on a new computor, when I attempt to open it the screen "MicrsoftRuntimeError++VisualCRuntimeError. This applicaton has requested to terminate in an unusual manner. Please contact the applications team for more information."appears. I then tried to reinstall again and the installation stops. I tried, with no success,
contacting Roxio for and answer but all I get is some questions to from their automated support site. Needless to say nothing applies to my problem.
My old system ran Windows 2000 Pro and my new unit is running windows XP Pro. If anyone has a soloution for this problem please help me?
