Someone help me my computer keeps poping up down the bottom with something about click here for help your computer has found spyware when i click it takes me to a site called spywarebox.com and wants me to download something ive included my hijackthis log hopefully i can fix this , any help will be appreciated !!!!

for starters remove this from you startup folder by going to start /allprograms and then into the startup folder and delet this , palstart.exe
