I am trying to setup a simple (or so i thought) vpn connection. the static ip address is added to a netgear router and port forward is configured to a server 2003 machine with rrap. there are 2 nics in the server and they are configured LAN 192.168.1.4 and WAN 192.168.0.7. The routers internal ip is 192.168.1.1. everything looks to be setup correctly but am unable to establish a connection.
