Task bar with start button is missing

I hope some one can help me. This morning I was in greatis.com and downloaded a start up utility program..then clicked on tkbell and poof task bar with start up button was missing and also my desk top icons. Is there something I can do to restore these? Thank you in advance for any help...pixie
I just wanted to let you know the problem is fixed for the task bar with start button missing....I redownloaded " Greatis " did regrun , clicked on clean windows boot , and restarted system..and it came back. Thank you for your time in viewing the problem.... pixie
