i can't access my e.drive

iam running a p4 1400 256.with all windows updates.after installing lock my folder 1.50.i locked my e.drive.and forgot about it beeing locked,and i restored a backup image .and after the restore my e.drive is not accessible even though i just restored a backup image that was on e.drive.eny help would be appreciated..
WHAT WOUL LIFE BE LIKE WITHOUT COMPUTERS AND THE OPERA WEB BROWSER...............
