hey

iv got a old computer that i renectly updated the processor from 350mhz to 400mhz (its not that good i know) anyway could somone direct me where to go or a file to download to flash the BIOS

You need to visit the webste of the vendor who made your board. Diff vendors have diff BIOS flash files, so you cant use a generic BIOS upgrade to flash your BIOS.

FYI, I suggest you flash the BIOS only if your system is facing some problems which are known to have been fixed by the BIOS upgrade. If you're not facing any problems, its best to leave the BIOS alone, because any mistake while flashing could render your board useless.

on a machine that old it probably DOES need the flash to let it have over x amount of ram/hdd space
