This isn't exactly starting material and maybe a bit outdated (created before Win2K). But overall covers most of the questions a newbie, who is new to programming in C and is fedup with creating Hello World console applications, may ask.

Actually i learn a lot from those tuturial links of yours and im soo glad that somebody are doing things that could help newbies around.
You know i think that all the guys around here are immune to criticism. Imagen all most all the persons around here could post a good or bad comment on you and you dont even know their reputations by the way thanks bro.
