New National Magazine Company Seeking Entry Level Ad Sales Reps

Entry Level Sales Reps will take over accounts and increase profits with our products and services. This is a commission only position which means that the perfect candidate must be aggressive, although there are also fringe benefits associated with the position. This is an immediate opening.
For those who are aggressive, please email us and we will give you all the information you need. This is a chance in a lifetime to work along side an outstanding company. Training and mentoring is provided as the sales rep will be a key contributor to the company’s growth.
Your job will be to initiate contact, follow-up, and lock in an interest in our products and services. Your main focus will be to enroll your prospects as advertisers in our magazine. Constant follow-ups, office visits, account management, and marketing are a MUST in order to ensure steady orders from your potential clients. We will provide you with a business email account, as well as all marketing material (i.e. brochures, folders, flyers, business cards, etc.) to assist in your marketing efforts.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Generate leads by networking, cold calling, emailing, office visits, solo mailing, etc.
2. Make appointments with key decision makers.
3. Manage and maintain existing accounts already setup.
4. Maintain and update account/lead database.
5. Provide first hand feedback and recommendations on our marketing efforts based on direct experiences with customers and potential clients.
To be successful, you will need the following:
Must be capable of relationship development, opportunity identification and pipeline tracking and building.
Experience in sales/marketing wanted but not necessary.
The ability to sell a product rather than sell yourself.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong sales personality and techniques.
Must be a team player; results oriented. Coordination with Sales Team and company executives is critical to success.
Must be tenacious and success-oriented, a self-starter with high energy.
Strong telephone and confrontational skills required.
