I think you meant to say "Dr. Watson". Go to: http://support.microsoft.com/search/?adv=1 which is the advanced search menu for Microsoft. In the FOR: window, type in "Dr. Watson for Windows". Then hit the search button.
Go through the articles returned to see which one matches what is happening on your computer. If you find one, follow the instructions.
Dr. Watson is not spyware or adware. It is the Microsoft Windows NT and Windows 2000 just-in-time default troubleshooting feature. You shouldn't try to remove it. Just reconfigure it to do what you want. It's part of the Windows O/S.
