You need to break things up a bit. Too much beige. When I think about cars I need a visual. So if you want to stay with the gid/block format that's probally ok, but I would like to see a picture of car, and maybe some nice artwork for the other categories. If you don't want to use picutures try drawing a box around the title and putting the subcategories in a smaller font size to make the overall design look less busy.
The other thing I didn't like is having the Google Ads right in my face. Typically when I see a whole bunch of adds on a site I run to the door.
