i cant really tell what you should coming from a hijack log but what you can determine whats taking up space thats making your computer run slower than usual is look under the control panel and click on add or remove programs. from there look at how much space each program takes and remove all the programs you dont need even high programs ( as in disk space) after you do that you should see a difference.

Thanks. I tried that and am still having problems. I keep getting pop ups for winantiviruspro2006 and other things that want to install themselves on my PC. Please help, if anyone has any suggestions. Thank you.
