internet explorer keeps opening more windows!!HELP

:eek: PLEASE HELP ME OUT SOMONE! I WAS ON A WEB SITE DOWNLOADING MUSIC AND THOUSANDS OF WINDOWS JUST STARTED OPENING, ONE AFTER THE OTHER. WHY IS IT DOING THAT. THEN MY COMPUTER TAKES REALLY LONG TO LOAD ANYTHING AND IT TAKES EVEN LONGER TO OPEN PROGRAMS. :eek:
