HELP: Generic Host Process Error

Please help me. Ive got similar errors "Generic Host Process Error"
here are the error logs that causes svchost.exe to fail.
Faulting application svchost.exe, version 5.1.2600.2180, faulting module netapi32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, fault address 0x0000a3c0.
EventType : BEX P1 : svchost.exe P2 : 5.1.2600.2180 P3 : 41107ed6
P4 : netapi32.dll P5 : 5.1.2600.2180 P6 : 411096ac P7 : 0000a3c0
P8 : c0000409 P9 : 00000000
Event ID: 1000
I have this error everytime I connect to the internet
