We are upgrading our computer os on some school computers. We ordered xp pro but was sent Table PC Edition 2005. Are they alike? Will it work on our desktops?

Unfortunately, no. Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005 will only work on Tablet PCs (laptops with touchscreens).

Back to microsoft we go. The invoice said xp pro but the disc is tablet pc. AAAHHHHHH. Another 2 weeks just for an upgrade.
