Critical System Error/ Virus Alert problem

Hey, I recently got a taskbar entry for "Critical System Error". I have run norton corporate, ad-aware, and Spybot with them detecting nothing. I am now attatching my current HJT log, can anybody help me figure out anything that shouldn't be there? Thanks in advance for your help.

this is for the virus buster crap crirical error """"" i found removing every thing you can from folder C:\Program Files\iVideoCodec then go to C:\WINDOWS\system32 now remove bin file (bdob) now remove DAT File (getfile) now rename the dll (okkmtv.dll) restart and delete this file and the iVideoCodec folder from progs .... good luck
