Hi, my sister just got a Mac within the past year, and its giving us trouble. Freezes during startup, screen gets all glitchy, tells you to shut down.
It's not the OS, we tried reinstalling alrdy. I think it's the memory or hard drive, but I dunno how to run diagnostic on Mac. Anyone have any idea what's going on with the computer?
i'd like to try something like memtest86, but it only works on PCs, from what i can tell? Anyone know of any good diagnostic software for Mac? Thnx in advance.
