HELP!Populate Datagrid using ORACLE table

I'm a novice at VB and wish to populate a datagrid by connecting to oracle table. I've an ADODC data control inwhich I've used Connection String and given the SQL query after selecting cmdText option. The test connection also succeds but only empty datagrid is displayed when I run the page.I've connected the datagrid to ADODC1.pls help me to solve this problem.
