For the past four days I have been having problems accessing several applications as well as getting an error on some IE sites. I am on a network system. My desktop has an ICON "NALWIN32" which has several applications in the window. These applications are assessments that are given to students. When I try to open these applications I get the following message: "Could not launch ATS Setup (usingG:\AchvTech\SetupWS\setupWS\setws32.exe) (id=2)
Problem: File was not found or DLLs required to run are missing."

Another application which is a data base with student info (attendance, grades, discipline, etc.). Sometimes I get the above message and sometimes I get this one: "Could not get needed resources for application [DistrictSASIxp] to be launched (id-1386) Problem: Unable to connect to Server [DARLINGTON].

A few of the applications in this window have a shortcut on my desktop and I am able to access them from there.

I also have some icons on the desktop that will not open. When I click on the icon I get the startup screen, but when I click to actually open the program the hour glass shows up and then nothing. It never opens.

Some of the websites I go to have an audio or video that I have to listen to. When I click to listen I get an IE error: "iexplore.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart and the program." and then Explorer exits. This does not happen with every site. I am taking a class for my job online and when I go into that Website and try to pull up the syllabus and class assignments I am getting and cannot display message.

This all took place 4 days ago.

I have done several things: Virus scan, spysweeper scan, defragmented, opened in safe mode and cleaned out all temp files.
