Pop up "Popcorn" if I not pay, it will stay

I not sure how o when this happen, but a pop up, came and cover 60% of my screen telling mi that “Mi tree day trail as expired”. It is from a site call “Pop corn”, and if I followed the instruction it tell mi to pay a month and the pop will go. They say I did sign for it..????
How do I get rid of it?
